Hello and thank you for visiting my website . . .

If you live in the Tri-County Area, it is likely that you have seen me at local fundraisers, school auctions, or any number of local school and volunteer activities.  I have lived in this area for over 13 years and I find being an active participant in events that benefit our community to be an enjoyable and rewarding part of my life.  As a professional, I have found volunteering to be invaluable for learning more about our area and the people who live and work here.  I was recently installed to serve as 2010 President of the Watsonville Association of Realtors.  In my spare time I love to travel and play golf.  At work or play, I like to have fun and give it my all.

As a parent of three school age children who are the light of my life, I have served as a Girl Scout Leader, Steering Committee Member for Liberty Family Academy, and Treasurer for Liberty Family Academy Coop.  I am currently the proud mom of a Monte Vista eighth-grader and two children attending Aromas Elementary School. 

Since becoming a Realtor in 2003, new technology and changes in both the laws have and the economy continue to cause the real estate business to become increasingly complicated.  Successful agents need an increased level of training to provide informed services to both buyers and sellers.  In 2005 I pursued and received the Graduate Realtors Institute’s GRI designation.  GRI Realtors are nationally recognized as top performers in the real estate industry and I am proud to have achieved the GRI designation.  That did not end my committment to my education.  As a member, and now as President of Watsonville Association of Realtors, I take advantage of many opportunities to increase my value to my customers and provide knowledgable leadership to the real estate professionals in our area.

Whether you are a 1^st time homebuyer or a seasoned investor, I have the resources, experience, and expertise to guide you safely through the home-buying process.  My most extensive experience, as a Realtor, is in the Monterey Bay Area, Hollister and San Juan Bautista.  Finding the perfect home for you is my first goal.  Ethically guiding you through the buying process so you are protected and informed is the highest service I offer.  

Sellers, the same ethic applies to you.   My professional marketing plan includes the internet, advertising, and color flyers designed to sell your home quickly and for its maximum value. 

My motto “Your Realtor for Life” is my way of saying my services don’t begin and end with signing papers.  I want to be your real estate partner.  That means listening to understand what you want in a home or a buyer and working tirelessly to find the right match for you.  Then, I’ll be here when you’re ready to buy or sell again and I will be an agent you will proudly recommend to your family and friends.
